Gutter Garbs has revealed its second new design and set of accompanying merchandise for the 30th anniversary of Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood. Designed by artist Marc Schoenbach and entitled The New Blood, the design features two sides of Jason Voorhees’ face with a hunting knife in the middle, with one side masked and the other burned. The design is reminiscent of the official movie poster from 1988, but swaps the half female face with Jason’s mask, while the original mask half is swapped out for Jason’s burnt face – the knife is also oriented differently. Subject similarity aside, the art style of Schoenbach’s The New Blood is very different from the original movie poster.
The Gutter Garbs poster comes in two sizes, with a 32″ x 36″ going for $32 and a smaller, squarer 18″ x 24″ selling for $28.
Just as with Gutter Garbs’ previous Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood 30th Anniversary release, Watery Grave, The New Blood design comes in both wall-mountable and wearable forms.
Both short- and long-sleeved t-shirts are available for $27 and $28 (respectively).
