Video game publisher Soedesco has announced that it’s bringing Killbrite Studio’s enhanced edition of first-person horror title Among the Sleep to Nintendo Switch.
CEO of Krillbite Studio CEO Jon Cato Lorentzen stated: “Ever since the Nintendo Switch was announced we’ve had fans contacting us requesting a port of the game for the Switch. After recently releasing the Enhanced Edition we thought the time was right, and Soedesco Studios has been the perfect partner to work with for the port.”
Soedecso Managing Director Jack Chauthi added: “Krillbite has always been dedicated to creating impressive, high quality experiences. Bringing their game ‘Among the Sleep’ to the Nintendo Switch with our own in-house studio is something to look forward to and puts us in a strong position for the next stages of growth.”
Among the Sleep originally launched for PC back in 2014 and has since grown a cult following, with a PlayStation 4 port released the following year and an Xbox One version in 2016:
The Enhanced Edition, released in 2017 features new dialogue and better graphics along with performance tweaks.
Unfortunately, no information other than “this year” was provided for the Nintendo Switch version at this time, so stay tuned!
