Actress Barbara Crampton shared, via Instagram, a behind-the-scenes photo from the upcoming thirteenth sequel to the Puppet Master franchise, Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich. Cinestate previously shared a photo from the set of the new movie featuring Crampton in-costume as a security guard. The new photo features Crampton in the same uniform, pointing a gun in an action pose, absolutely surrounded by cameras:
The actress captioned the photo “Someday maybe I’ll get to be an action figure!…Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich”. A capture session for an action figure gives the pose and cavalcade of imaging equipment some logical context, and Full Moon has actually released several lines of action figures based on Puppet Master and its other films over the years.
Let’s hope that Barbara gets her wish!
Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich will be released to select theaters, on-demand, and digital Friday, August, 17th. The movie is directed by Sonny Laguna & Tommy Wiklund, written by S. Craig Zahler, and stars Crampton, Thomas Lennon, Michael Pare, Nelson Franklin, Charlyne Yi, Jenny Pellicer, Alex Beh, Skeeta Jenkins, and Udo Kier as “Andre Toulon”.
