A new movie poster for the upcoming horror anthology movie Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark was just released to social media. The poster features the victim from the “Red Spot” segment which we first saw a glimpse of last month in the film’s Super Bowl LIII commercials.

Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark stars Zoe Colletti as “Stella Nicholls”, Michael Garza as “Ramon Morales”, Austin Zajur as “Chuck Steinberg”, Natalie Ganzhorn as “Ruth Steinburg”, Gabriel Rush as “Auggie Hilderbrandt”, Gil Belllows as “police chief Turner”, Kathleen Pollard as “Sarah Bellows”, and Dean Norris as “Roy Nicholls”.
Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark will be released to theaters nationwide on Friday, August 9th.
It’s l968 in America. Change is blowing in the wind… but seemingly far removed from the unrest in the cities is the small town of Mill Valley where for generations, the shadow of the Bellows family has loomed large. It is in their mansion on the edge of town that Sarah, a young girl with horrible secrets, turned her tortured life into a series of scary stories, written in a book that has transcended time – stories that have a way of becoming all too real for a group of teenagers who discover Sarah’s terrifying tome.
